E-mail Notification & Receipts We will email you a confirmation when we receive your order. We will send you another email with tracking information when your order ships. We will also email you a receipt. If you order by phone, we will send you by mail a receipt with your credit slip, etc. Emails are answered daily.

Credit Cards We gladly accept , Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. credit cards from outside the continental United States may require additional information and/or a substitute form of payment,basket will be shipped once all information is received

We no longer offer worldwide shipping. We increasingly have problems tracking orders sent out of the U.S. Here's a suggestion: order the basket you would like, have it delivered/shipped to you & take it to a UPS Shipping Center or A FedEx Kinkos & have them ship it for you. That way you will have a better way to track the delivery, etc. top of page

Shipping Because our clients value timely delivery of their orders, baskets are shipped promptly within 24 hours of receipt of their paid order (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) we use several carriers, ( our preferred carrier is FedEx) FedEx, UPS, USPS determining the best option with service & destination in mind. (Note: oversize baskets may ship a different carrier due to size limitations. We can third party ship using your account: e.g. FedEx if you prefer . Expect delivery within 1-5 business days of ship date. For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, add an additional day. During the holiday season baskets may not ship for 3-5 days depending on the time order is placed. Please call for further details or to get exact shipping date. Each basket is securely wrapped in 1/2" bubble wrap in an appropriate sized box with environmentally safe filling. top of page

Local/Chicagoland Deliveries Chicagoland orders are generally hand delivered next day. Click Here to see the locations to which we deliver. If the recipient is not home, our driver, at their discretion, will either leave the gift basket with a neighbor, or leave the basket in a safe location ( front porch, etc). Baskets left are placed in a protective box. Please call for further details. We will not contact your recipient via phone unless we are having a problem with delivery. top of page

Deliveries To Hospitals We deliver to hospitals but we advise against it. Many patients are released much sooner than anyone expects, & the gift may not reach them in time. Often hospitals use volunteers to deliver their gifts,& we cannot be responsible if your gift does not arrive in time. The best approach is to send the gift to their home or to a friend or family member that can be sure they receive it. Of course, if you are certain they are at the hospital, we are happy to deliver it there. top of page

Shipping Tips Every reasonable attempt will be made to deliver your basket. If no one is home, the carrier at their discretion will either leave the package or a notice of delivery attempt. The recipient then can arrange for a redelivery or to pick it up from the carrier's location.

We guarantee arrival on a delivery date for hand deliveries in the Chicagoland area by 5 p.m.. We cannot however guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.( please note: during holidays & special days, Valentine's Day etc, delivery hours are extended )

Baskets & Pricing Each basket is custom designed and handmade. We are not a catalog company, where similar baskets are sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped. Each basket is assembled just prior to delivery to assure freshness and a clean presentation.  Custom basket prices start at $10.00( excluding sales tax & delivery) some lower prices may be available on website as well as for bulk orders & any design can be upgraded to any amount. (Special pricing is available for bulk orders, contact us for details) . Each basket is beautifully wrapped with cello, silk foliage & a handmade bow. A gift card with your personal message is included. top of page

Custom Ordering The many designs on our website are a sampling of the many gift baskets available. We will be happy to customize a gift basket to meet your needs & budget. top of page

Corporate Accounts A corporate account may be established based upon appropriate references and/or a credit application. We require a credit card for the first order as a deposit. An invoice will be mailed upon completion of an order. Provided that payment is received in a timely fashion, the credit card will not be charged. Guarantee / Refund Policy If you or those who receive our gift baskets are not completely satisfied , please let us know promptly and we will make it right with either an appropriate replacement basket, refund or credit . Please keep all products & shipping materials, which may be required for a proper return. top of page

Return Policy If a basket is returned, through no fault of ours, we will contact the purchaser for an different shipping address. Items returned for an incorrect address, will be charged a re-delivery fee. You may also be charged a $5 handling charge. top of page

Purchaser Information We need your full name, address,& phone number in order to process your order(s). The information is required to process your credit card. Your phone number is helpful if we are having a problem with your order & need to contact you. Your email is used to contact you as well as providing you with tracking information on your order. top of page

Recipient Information Please ensure that all information is correct, including address & zip code. We will not contact your recipient via phone unless we are having a problem with delivery. Incorrect shipping may result in additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser, as well as delays in delivering your gift. A handling charge of $5 may also be charged. We will contact the purchaser on baskets returned due to incorrect address information. Purchaser will be required to pay any additional costs for re-delivery of the gift basket. top of page

Order Cancellations Cancellations will be accepted only prior to shipment & may incur a 20% handling/processing fee. top of page

Substitutions We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to guarantee freshness and timely delivery. Actual inventory is greater than items listed and baskets may include a greater variety of products than described. top of page

During the summer months of May, June, July & August some orders received after Thursday may not ship until Monday. This is to insure that your basket arrives in the best possible condition. top of page

Chocolates are not shipped during hot weather and will be substituted with other products. However, if you really need chocolate!, we can ship express with ice paks, please call us for details! top of page

Damaged Products Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made with 10 days of receiving the package. Please keep all packaging materials in case the shipping company or we need to inspect the package. top of page

Sales Tax Sales tax of 9.25% will be applied to all orders that are shipped to Illinois from our Schaumburg location. top of page
